Do I need to make a reservation in advance?
While advance reservations are preferred to secure your vehicle for a specific date, same-day bookings are available based on availability and approval.
Is my reservation guaranteed?
Yes. When you reserve a vehicle with us, the exact vehicle selected is held exclusively for your rental dates.
Do you substitute vehicles if mine is unavailable?
Yes. In the rare event a reserved vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a comparable or upgraded substitute vehicle, subject to availability and client approval.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, events, or peak seasons.
Can I reserve multiple vehicles at once?
Yes. Multiple vehicles may reserved subject to availability and approval.
Can someone else make a reservation on my behalf?
Yes, however, the primary renter must meet all requirements and be approved prior to vehicle release.
What is the minimum age to rent?
Yes, the minimum age is 18 years old.
Do all drivers need to be approved?
Yes. Any individual who will operate the vehicle must be disclosed and approved in advance.
Can I add an additional driver?
Yes. Additional drivers must meet all eligibility requirements and be approved prior to the rental. Additional drivers are free to add.
Do I need exotic or specialty insurance?
No. Specialty or exotic insurance is not required.
Will my personal auto insurance cover the rental?
Yes. Your personal policy applies during the rental period provided it includes full coverage.
What insurance coverage is required?
Renters must carry comprehensive and collision coverage with a minimum of $100,000 in liability and uninsured property damage coverage. Certain vehicles may require higher limits.
What if my current coverage limits are lower?
Coverage limits can usually be increased temporarily by contacting your insurance provider.
Is a security deposit required?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required prior to vehicle release. Security deposits typically range from $1,000 to $5,000, depending on the vehicle. The deposit is fully refundable once the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was at the time of pickup, subject to inspection.
When is the security deposit released?
The security deposit is released once the car is returned in the same condition in which it was picked up.
Deposit release timelines vary based on the vehicle and your bank's processing time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit/credit card, cash, zelle, apple pay, cryptocurrency, and wire transfer.
Is payment due in full upfront?
Yes. Payment is required prior to the start of the rental.
Can I split payment between different payment methods or cards?
Yes. Please contact our team if you need assistance with this.
Is mileage included with my rental?
Each exotic rental includes 100 miles in a 24-hour rental period. Shorter rental durations, including 6-hour and 12-hour options, receive a prorated mileage allotment. Any mileage driven beyond the included amount is charged at a per-mile rate starting at $3, with rates varying by vehicle. Please contact our team for mileage details specific to your selected model.
What happens if I exceed the mileage limit?
Excess mileage is billed at a per-mile rate.
Are there geographic restrictions?
Yes. Travel outside a certain radius of Dallas requires disclosure and approval. Out-of-state travel must be approved in advance.
Can I take the vehicle on a road trip?
This depends on the vehicle and distance. Please confirm with our team prior to booking.
Is track use allowed?
No. Track use, racing, off-road driving, or reckless operation is strictly prohibited.
Can I use the vehicle for a wedding?
Yes. Our vehicles are commonly reserved for weddings and related events.
We do offer a wedding drive-off special that is $495. This applies to drive-off's in downtown Dallas only. If your wedding is located outside of downtown Dallas, you will need to get a regular rental at the regular rate.
Can I use the car for a photo or video shoot?
Yes. Vehicles are frequently used for photo shoots, video productions, and content creation.
We have a photo/video shoot special for $195/hr. This special is only valid with a shoot location in downtown Dallas. Contact us to learn more.
Can the vehicle be used for branding or marketing purposes?
Yes. Branding, promotional, and marketing use must be disclosed in advance.
Do I need approval for event or promotional use?
Yes. Any event, shoot, or promotional use must be communicated prior to the rental.
Can the car be displayed at an event?
Yes, provided all usage guidelines and policies are followed.
Do you offer vehicle delivery?
Yes. Delivery and pickup options are available for an additional fee.
Where do pickups and drop-offs occur?
Pickup and drop-offs are in downtown Dallas, TX.
What happens if I return the vehicle late?
Late returns may result in additional charges. Please contact our team ahead of time.
Do I need to refuel the vehicle?
No, we provide you the vehicle with a full tank of gas and do not require you to return it refueled.
Are vehicles inspected before each rental?
Yes. All vehicles are professionally inspected and detailed prior to delivery.
What condition should the vehicle be returned in?
The vehicle should be returned in the same condition it was received.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not permitted. Please confirm before booking.
Will I be charged for excessive cleaning?
Yes. Excessive interior or exterior cleaning may result in additional fees.
Are reservations refundable?
No. All reservations are final.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my reservation?
Cancelled or modified reservations are issued as a credit toward a future rental.
Do credits expire?
Credits do not expire and may be used at any time, subject to availability.
Do you offer discounts or special pricing?
Yes. We offer a variety of exclusive discounts designed to add value to your rental experience. These may include multi-day rental savings, cash and cryptocurrency payment discounts, repeat clients, first responders, veterans, and social media influencers.

We have a photo/video shoot special that is $195/hr.

These specials are only valid for locations in downtown Dallas.

Discount availability varies by rental duration and timing. There may be restrictions. Please contact us to confirm eligibility!
How do I qualify for a discount?
Eligibility requirements vary depending on the discount type. Verification may be required for select offers, such as first responder or veterans. Influencers will need to prove followers and account engagement. Our team is happy to review available options and apply any qualifying discounts at the time of booking.
Do you own your vehicles?
Yes. We own and maintain our fleet in-house.
