We’re generally able to support most events seeking a rental certificate donation, and availability for these types of contributions is typically open year-round.

For events requesting a vehicle to be present on-site, we do ask for advance notice. Because our vehicles are actively rented, availability for displays depends on scheduling and timing. Early coordination allows us to properly plan and confirm whether a vehicle can be accommodated.

Regardless of the type of request, we aim to make the process as smooth as possible and will work with you to determine the best way to support your event.

Guidelines & Considerations

Any contributions that are awarded to a recipient at the event are subject to standard rental requirements, including driver eligibility, insurance coverage, availability, and general rental terms.

Rental certificates must be redeemed in accordance with these guidelines and are subject to availability at the time of booking. Additional costs may apply depending on vehicle selection, rental duration, or optional services.

No, there is no expiration. They can be presented at any time and the rental can be scheduled on whatever date the customer wants (given it is available).
